University of Manchester LL.B. (Hons) followed by College of Law, Chancery Lane

Bibi joined the firm in 2009 from Taylor Wessing, where she trained and had been a partner since 2001.

Bibi is based in our Hove office and specialises in probate, succession and the administration of estates, both domestic and international.  She also advises on the administration of trusts, on wills and capital tax planning, and on lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection deputyships.

Main areas of practice: Wills & Probate, Trusts, Capital Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Deputyships.

Bibi is married with two children.  She enjoys music and has sung in choirs ever since her first choral experience with the Brighton Middle School choir in 1977.
