Education:

University of Leeds - LLB Hons. followed by College of Law, London

Paula completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London whilst working full time in the publishing industry.  Having reached the position of managing editor for four quarterly business publications, two of whch were published in partnership with the Chinese Government, Paula left publishing to continue her career in law.  Paula secured her training contract with the firm of Mackrell Turner Garret in Covent Garden.  She remained there following her qualification in Mackrell Turner's commercial department.

Paula joined the firm in 2003 and was made partner in 2007.

Main areas of practice: Development Schemes (industrial, retail, mixed, office and residential), Business and Commercial Property Sale and Aquisitions, Commercial leases (grants, assignments, renewals) and other Landlord and Tenant matters.

In her gap year and during university holidays, Paula worked in an international law office in Athens where, amongst other things, she assisted in an action against the Greek government in the European Court of Justice, relating to non-compliance with European banking laws.

Paula enjoys sport, music and travel.
